Role Overview

Key Responsibilities

- Manage social media advertising campaigns, allocating and optimizing budget based on performance metrics.
- Conduct market research to inform content strategy and align with customer interests and needs.
- Train and mentor junior team members in the nuances of content creation and social engagement.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in a social media management role.
- Proven track record of growing social media channels and engaging with community members.
- Strong analytical skills with experience in using data to drive decisions.
- Exceptional writing, editing, and communication skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple projects simultaneously.
- Experience with social media marketing tools and analytics platforms.
- Knowledge of SEO and content marketing strategies is a plus.
